Our Role: Instructional Designer
You need to begin with an analysis of your business processes, tasks performed, desired skills and knowledge needed. The analysis needs to answer two key questions, what are the learning objectives and what are the business objectives. In addition we will define what are the desired measurable outcomes both for learning and for the business.
Task: Design e-Learning Strategy
Our Role: e-Learning Solutions Architect
Based on the results from the learning needs analysis, we will design an e-learning solution that will be challenging, relevant and contextual. We will ensure that the design matches the desired learning outcomes. We will make sure you use the right technologies to address the strategy. All too often, learning companies design learning that merely delivers informational content. We ensure that the learning is experiential and task centric. We understand that we learn from experience and we change behaviors when we are permitted to see the outcomes of our decisions.
Task: Develop & Deploy the Course
Our Role: Project Manager & Lead Instructional Designer
In this phase we will manage a team of technical writers, multimedia specialists and software developers. We work with your subject matter experts to develop the learning content. We provide project management to ensure that the course is designed correctly. We are willing to use your authoring tools. If you do not have an authoring tool and would like the ability to edit the course, we can provide you with the tools and training you will need to maintain your own course materials.

Task: Develop Online Learning Strategy
Our Role: Learning Technology Strategic Consultant
We will sit down with your training team and key stakeholders and begin with an analysis of your current learning processes, tools, and resources including staff competencies. We will also discuss the culture of learning in your organization. How far along are you on the e-learning adoption curve? Do you have a learning management system? If you are in the very early stages of e-learning adoption we will need to discuss some adoption change management strategies. Every part of the puzzle is important, just like any good project or business plan.
We will help you build a strategy to:
- Conduct business analysis to select your learning and knowledge management tools
- Apply learning sciences to design and develop your online courses and curriculum
- Build an effective sourcing strategy to maximize resource management
- Select or build tools for your in-house staff to meet productivity goals
- Map out a developmental plan for your training staff, new to online learning

Training Workshops
We offer 1/2 day on-site training workshops on the following skill sets:
- Building an Online Learning Technology Strategy
- Selecting a Learning Management System
- Designing e-Learning for Impact & Selecting the Right Tools to Implement
Target Audience: Training Directors, Managers and Project Team Leaders assigned to manage online learning technologies
Cost: Each workshop is $899 plus travel expenses for the trainer, maximum class size is 15. If you purchase all 3 workshops and we conduct them over 2-days, you get one free plus an evaluation report of your e-learning organization.
Speaking
Cost: A speaking event is $299 plus travel expenses for presenter, unlimited number of participants
